In the Restaurant Wintergarten guests dine in the manor house's elegant interior, with high rooms painted in dignified blue and large window fronts allowing plenty of sunlight to enter and diners to enjoy views of the park. In the distance, Lake Wernsdorf sparkles through the trees. On warm days the terrace is the ideal place on which to enjoy the fresh breeze from the water.

An upscale cuisine with international as well as creatively interpreted regional dishes is served. The menu includes dishes such as Berliner-style beef roulade as well as puff-pastry tarte flambée. Vegetarians are also surprised with special dishes. The meals are accompanied by a selected wine list. The home-made honey sweetens the desserts.

After dinner, the smoking room in subdued shades of green provides the perfect setting for a drink in a cultivated atmosphere.
