Thai cuisine is legendary and probably the most varied and different in South-east Asia. Thanks to their tolerance, curiosity and strong self-confidence, the Siamese succeeded in absorbing many external influences without losing their own individual character. Sanuk essentially means "to enjoy life", including primarily the food that we eat. Meticulous attention is therefore given to the preparation of the various dishes.
