At the bread sommelier, visitors can enjoy traditional baking. With ingredients from the region, passionately created sourdough, a little salt, water and love, creative bread varieties and unusual variations are created here. In addition, warm lunch dishes are offered, which change daily and are always served in combination with bread. Tasty cakes and eclairs accompany the coffee.
