The Paul Gerhardt Lutheran Church is a fieldstone church in Ragow, part of the town Mittenwalde. The church is named after the Evangelical Lutheran theologian and hymn poet Paul Gerhardt. He presumably preached in the neighboring Moritzkirche in Mittenwalde in the period from 1651 to 1657, which is why songs by Paul Gerhardt are still sung in the church congregation today.

According to tradition, there was already a sacred building made of fieldstone in the late 14th century. However, it was severely damaged during the Thirty Years' War. The reconstruction of the church began about half a century later, on the foundation walls of the old church.

Since then, a baroque pulpit altar from 1702 adorns the church in Ragow. The altar comes from a workshop in Potsdam.

On the west gallery there is a lavishly decorated organ, built in 1906 by Wilhelm Sauer and restored in 2006. It is considered one of the few instruments preserved in its original state and is the centerpiece of the church. The Sauer organ, as well as the church itself, are on the monument list of the Mittenwalde district.

Every second Sunday, the church service for the whole family takes place at 9 am. In winter, this is held in the Protestant parish hall, Dorfstraße 45 a.
