Positive:

Alles der Service und das super Essen die Ruhe im ganzen Hotel sowie die großen geräumigen Zimmer ich sag ja es ist sehr zu empfehlen.Ich und meine Frau werden nächstes Jahr wieder bei euch Urlaub machen 😁

Negative:

Ich habe nix auszusetzen gehabt . Besser kann kein Urlaub sein.

Zimmer war schön geräumig und sehr sauber. Auch die sehr ruhige Lage ist angenehm. Personal sehr zuvor kommend.

Negative:

Nichts, ausser dass im Bad eventuell ein Schachtel Kosmetik Tücher liegen könnte. Aber sonst habe ich nichts negatives zu beanstanden.

Positive:

Superfreundliches Personal. Tolles Ambiente. Sehr wertige und gemütliche Einrichtung in den Zimmern und im Restaurant. Es gibt viel Licht und Komfort. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Negative:

Der Internetzugang muss zugebucht werden. In der heutigen Zeit sollte der Internetzugang im Preis enthalten sein.

Äußerst schlechte telefonische Erreichbarkeit. An unterschiedlichen Tagen habe ich versucht, sowohl die Unterkunft wie auch das Restaurant telefonisch zu erreichen. Es geht nie(!) jemand an das Telefon. Auf Band gesprochene dringende(!) Rückrufbitten werden erst Stunden später erfüllt.

Moderne hochwertige Ausstattung der Unterkunft. Sehr gutes Restaurant. Freundliche Mitarbeiter. Integrationskonzept. Das sollte man ruhig offensiv kommunizieren beim Einchecken. Ich hatte es im Vorfeld nicht gewusst. Unsensible Menschen kommen sonst auf eine falsche Einschätzung.

  • Arriving by car from Berlin: Follow the B101 towards Bad Liebenwerda/Elsterwerda, at the roundabout in Herzberg take the first exit (Frankfurter Straße/B87), follow the B87, turn left onto Schliebener Straße, follow Schliebener Straße, turn right onto Rosa-Luxemburg-Straße, follow Rosa-Luxemburg-Straße, turn left onto Südpromenade, then turn right onto Badstraße, follow Badstraße until you reach the large parking lot on the left.
