The 6.80 metre high observation tower stands on the track of the former coal railway line near Domsdorf. The coal railway line is now an asphalted cycle path. Cyclists can stop here and look from the observation tower over the former coal field, where bizarre formations have been created by wind and rain in the former surface mines.  You will be amazed at how nature gradually recovers.
