Beelitz is now part of the rental system PotsdamRad of the provider Nextbike. A total of 24 bikes from the provider will be stationed at the Beelitz Stadt and Beelitz-Heilstätten stations, as well as at the Beelitz Lustgarten and the Fichtenwalde marketplace. During the State Garden Show 2022, 20 more bikes have been added at the Garden Show main entrance. The bikes can be rented easily via the website, the hotline or the Nextbike app.

Renting via app is particularly convenient: If you want to use a bike, simply scan the QR code on the frame lock, and the vehicle is unlocked and ready to go. Users pay a maximum of 15 euros per rental. Since the system is also used in the neighboring municipalities of Werder (Havel), Schwielowsee and Michendorf, it is particularly easy to travel in the region and to park the bike again at the destination.
