Did you know that the parish of Ruhlsdorf is one of the smallest parishes in the Brandenburg part of the Teltow-Zehlendorf diocese? It is able to look back on over 700 years of history. On the outer facade of the village church, you can still find remains of its original plasterwork. The church consists of a nave with an indented rectangular choir, a narrower and subsequently added western tower and a rectangular extension on the northern side. It displays both Romanesque and early Gothic elements. Maintaining the church has always been very close to the heart of the parish.
