As a trained herbalist and herb pedagogue, Brit Muschert at "Hollerhof" in beautiful Planetal has a variety of offerings for body, mind and soul. She imparts her expertise during workshops on indigenous wild herbs and teaches old and new knowledge about herbs in an interesting and practical manner. As a mediator between people and nature, in addition to very practical herbs and cookery workshops, the herbalist also offers special relaxation workshops using breathing and relaxation exercises, Shinrin Yoku and forest therapy to pave the way to reflecting on and building up your own relaxation processes and returning to everyday life reinvigorated.
