Birnbaum’s Eiscafé is right by Flaeming-Skate on circular courses 1, 6 and 8. It is an ideal spot to take a break from your bicycle tour or round of skating. The ice-cream café serves ice-cream cups and shakes with whipped ice-cream made using their own recipe as well as home-made cake and savoury snacks. The deep frozen ice-cream cups also allow you to take this summer treat home with you. A mobile ice-cream van with two whipped ice-cream machines and the deep frozen whipped ice-cream creations can be found at weekly markets and at events on weekends.
