The small village of Schönefeld is a district of the municipality of Niedergörsdorf and is located between Lutherstadt Wittenberg and Jüterbog. Agriculture and wind energy characterize this sparsely populated region. The 52 sqm vacation apartment is located on the mezzanine floor of a farm worker's house, which was built around 1959. The house is gradually being renovated. The location on the outskirts of the village offers wide views over the fields. The adjacent road is only moderately frequented. In front of the house begins a several kilometers long pear tree avenue, which gives the vacation home its name.

The apartment has a living room with sofa bed (3-seater), a bedroom with double bed, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower. The apartment is ideal for one to two people. An extra bed on the sofa bed in the living room is possible for an extra charge and makes the apartment ideal for small families. The natural garden can be used for recreation. Two garden chairs are available for this purpose. The landlords live on the 1st floor above the vacation apartment.
