Through history and time on wheels – On circular course 3, which is about eleven kilometres long, both speed skaters and beginner will find a beautiful route through forest and field. With just one small slope at Skate-Arena Jüterbog, it is suitable for beginners and easy to complete. If you begin your tour in Jüterbog for example, you can get a picture of the historic town centre and the many medieval treasures of the town of the Reformation right at the beginning. Via Neuheim and Grüna, the course continues on to Kloster Zinna, where you can follow the trail of the Cistercian monks. A sip of “Zinnaer Klosterbruder” at the monastery’s demonstration brewery is allowed, just to give it a try. In the small but wonderful Webermuseum (weavers’ museum) brings the regions textile history to life. Once you get back to Jüterbog, the Skate-Arena may call you for another quick round.
