The Flaeming-Skate feeder S8 connects the centre of Dahme/Mark with the Körbaer Teich recreation area. It starts at the Sportwelt in Dahme/Mark. Follow the asphalt ribbon of the Flaeming Skate through the castle park, past the Heimattierpark and the romantic castle ruins. Along the old town wall and past the bird tower, the Flaeming Skate finally turns off in the direction of Tränkestraße. It now goes through the forest to the local recreation area Körbaer Teich. The bathing area is regularly checked by the district for its water quality.

But Dahme/Mark itself is also worth a visit. Lovingly designed half-timbered houses and small shops in the centre, the English-style castle park and events such as the annual pottery market are all worth a visit. The people of Dahmen attach great importance to making their region accessible to the disabled. In addition to a barrier-free inner-city circuit, there is a house, the Hotel am Schlosspark, which offers rooms suitable for wheelchair users.

Note: The maintenance and upkeep of the routes is one of the constant tasks in the Flaeming-Skate Region. This means that there can always be short-term restrictions on sections of individual routes. Please check the Flaeming-Skate homepage for information on this aspect in good time before your arrival.
