Landgut Stober is located approximately 40 kilometres west of Berlin in the small Havelland town of Groß Behnitz. The red brickwork resembles the factory architecture of the Borsig-Werke in Berlin. The Borsigs managed their estate using state-of-the-art agricultural methods. A dominant economic force in the region, the Borsig family did much to support the local area. The park around the lake Groß Behnitzer See was designed according to the Lenné model and is now a listed monument. The farm estate Landgut Stober is one of the most outstanding agricultural monuments in the Berlin-Brandenburg region.

The charging station is located at the Verwaltergebäude (administrative building) at the centre of the historic courtyard. The key is available at the BIOHOTEL reception. Signposted parking is available for electric vehicles.
