The SchlossGalerie Haape gallery is located in Caputh not far from the water adjacent to Caputh Castle. Planned and built on this unique spot over many years, it is the aim of the gallery to exhibit the works of emerging artists as well as more established artists. The new building, made of glass and a historical type of clinker stone, is situated on the original site of the former "Castle Art Studio". For many years this was a firm and popular part of the Caputh Art Tour and other cultural events, established by Melanie Haape together with other artists in the region. The permanent exhibition in the SchlossGalerie Haape gallery shows the artwork of Thomas Freundner, Melanie Haape, Chris Hinze und Christine Lamberth, who are all located in the 'Havelland'-region.
