The house includes a 97-square-metre holiday apartment, suitable for up to six people, and a 15-square-metre apartment comprising 1 room with space for two people. The apartments have an idyllic location at the Caputher Gemünde, a bottleneck on the River Havel near Lake Schwielowsee.

The state-of-the-art furnished holiday apartment has two bedrooms with double beds and a combined living room/bedroom with extra beds available. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped. There is a bath and shower in the bathroom. Facilities for children such as a travel cot and a high chair can be prepared on request. Dogs are allowed.

The apartment has a divan bed, seating, a kitchenette and a bathroom with shower. Television and radio are also available.

All guests can use the private swimming pool with relaxing loungers in the garden. There is also seating in the lovingly maintained garden. A garden gate leads directly to the lakeside promenade. A landing stage and a lido are very close by.
