Welcome to Schönwalde manor in Havelland, right outside the gates of Berlin. We welcome you and look forward to having you as our guest! Park your car or bicycle and come in - we are here for you! Our garden restaurant is open every weekend from Friday to Sunday as soon as the sun comes out. We await your visit with a fresh beer and cuisine ranging from Brandenburg’s regional gems to Mediterranean interpretations. Our head chef and his team look forward to your visit. The restaurant also offers apartments and lofts for your own cultural trip: It is entirely up to you whether you want to play skat in “India”, read a book in “Mexico”, bathe together in “Africa” or sunbathe on a galley balcony in “New York”. While the forest begins behind the manor, the public bus stops that takes you to Berlin in 20 minutes stops in front of it. Our 20 polo ponies are ready to go from March to October, if you want to learn to play polo. Rides in the beautiful forests and moorlands of the surrounding area are available all year round. We and our four-legged friends welcome you if you want to jump in the saddle - whether as a pro on a three to four hour ride, as a greenhorn on the line or as a little one from the age of five.
