The Restaurant Haus des Müllers / Dom młynka on the adventure farm of Krabat-Mühle Schwarzkollm serves Sorbian and regional cuisine in a special atmosphere. The restaurant is located in a building on the farm built with bricks from a former Schwarzkollm restaurant. There is seating for about 45 people in the dining area and another 45 in the beer garden.

The menu offers regional dishes such as a Sorbian wedding meal, for example, or potatoes boiled in their skins with curd cheese and Lausitz linseed oil, Sorbian wedding soup, boiled fillet of beef in horseradish sauce, Teichelmauke (potato purée, meat and sauerkraut), buckwheat dishes, Lausitz carp or elderberry soup. The meals are prepared using regional products.
