The first floor has a hallway with wardrobe and a bathroom, which is equipped with a bath, toilet, washbasin, mirror and washing machine. A kitchen with dining area as well as a kitchen bar is also located on the lower level. Good room temperatures are ensured by underfloor heating installed on the first floor. Guests reach the upper floor via a wooden staircase. Here is a large living area, this is equipped with a sofa bed and serves as an extra bed for 2 guests during their stay. Furthermore, the living area has a TV corner and a game area with foosball table. The bedroom is furnished with 2 modern box spring beds.
