The lovingly furnished holiday home is a one-and-a-half storey cottage from the 1930s, which will be rebuilt in 2018 with two charming holiday apartments, embedded in a small, quiet estate of detached houses near Lake Senftenberger See. Guests can make themselves comfortable in the small garden on the terrace and the garden furniture and enjoy a cup of coffee. There is also a barbecue and parking on the property. Children are welcome (1x high chair and 1x cot for children up to 3 years available; please inform the landlord before arrival).

The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed, which can also be converted into single beds, an open kitchen with living room and a naturally-lit bathroom with shower. Kitchen with dishwasher, deep-freezer, oven with hob, microwave, toaster and coffee machine.

The holiday apartment has 2 floors, with the naturally-lit bathroom with shower/bathtub and toilet on the ground floor. Also on the ground floor is the separate kitchen. The living room (with sofa bed) and the sleeping area are on the 2nd floor. In the living room area 2 extra beds can be set up. It is ideal for 2 people.

Delia and Lunic can be rented as one apartment (connecting door).
