This completely accessible holiday home is located near the Amphitheatre. It has a floor area of 270 square metres and can be divided into two holiday apartments each measuring 135 square metres by means of a 2.50-metre wide, lockable, soundproof sliding door in the living area.

Each holiday apartment has three bedrooms, each with two beds, an open-plan living and kitchen area with television and sofa bed, as well as a laundry room and an additional bathroom with shower. The kitchen has a workplace suitable for use by wheelchair users. The entire house is equipped with underfloor heating. Cot, high chair, changing table and baby rocker are available on request.

A spacious private terrace area with sun loungers is the perfect place to relax and unwind on warmer days. There is a table tennis table and a playground in the garden. Guests can also use an 85-square metre accessible roof terrace. It can also be accessed by a platform lift for guests with disabilities. Paddle boats, bicycles and a tandem are available for shared use.
