The “Alte Mühle” in Zwietow is a buckwheat, grain and cutting mill first mentioned in 1403. Until 1960, the grinder and cutter were both driven by water wheels.

Technical equipment: 1 grist course, 1 grinding course, 1 pointed course for buckwheat peeling, 1 crusher, classifier, drying plant for buckwheat, driven by an electric motor.

Used for demonstration purposes, occasional processing of buckwheat into buckwheat flour and groats.
