Positive:

Es war sehr gemütlich und die Wohngegend und die Nähe zum Heiliger See war hervorragend.

Negative:

Der TV hatte nur wenige Programme zur Auswahl.

Positive:

Die Wohnung befindet sich im Kellergeschoss, was wir sehr angenehm fanden. Auch die Sitzecke im Hof war sehr gemütlich. Wohnungstür auf und gleich draußen sitzen. Und natürlich der Fußweg zum Badesee von 5 min.-Super !!!

Einige Küchengeräte waren nicht vorhanden (Meßbecher, Sieb). Es gab keine Seife.

Positive:

sehr gr0ßzügie Wohnung, in der man auch gut mit 2 oder 3 Kindern sein könnte. Küche ist klein, aber es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Sehr schöne neu renovierte Wohnung und einen Sitzplatz im Freien für 6 Personen gab es auch. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Negative:

Das einzige Manko - aber ein nicht wirkliches Manko. Am Fenster im Bad gibt es zwar ein Rollo (so dass nicht jeder hinein sehen kann), aber dies macht den Raum sehr dunkel.

Schön wäre es wenn im Bad das Fenster mit einer Milchglasfolieabgeklebt würde, um ungestört und ohne heruntergelassenem Rollo das Bad zu nutzen...😉...für die Mülltrennung würden wir uns auch die dafür entsprechen und gekennzeichneten Behälter wünschen...

Die Lage der Ferienwohnung in der "Berliner Vorstadt" ist vortrefflich. Sie verfügt über zwei Schlafräume mit insgesamt 5 Betten. Ferner kann der PKW auf dem Grundstück abgestellt werden. Ob zu Fuß, per Fahrrad, mit Bahn oder PKW - Anbindung ist hervorragend.

Negative:

Wenn man überhaupt Abstriche machen muss, dann bei der Bettgröße (Es befinden sich ausschließlich Einzelbetten in den beiden Schlafräumen). Mag von Vorteil sein... :)

Only few minutes away from the city center, you will found some representative villas as well as attractive apartments. There is also a good connection with the public transport to the city center and to Berlin. The holiday flats are situated on the first floor and in the souterrain. In the garden you can use the sitting area. Nearby the new garden with its English garden invite you for a nice little walk. Thanks the connection with the Glienicker Bridge it´s just a stone´s throw to Berlin, e.g. to the Schlosspark Glienicke, the Jagdschloss Grunewald or the Pfaueninsel. Both holiday flats are non-smoking.
