The tastefully furnished, 50 m² apartment is located in Potsdam Babelsberg, Brandenburg, and welcomes up to 2 guests. You have one bedroom and a living room as well as a functional but very small bathroom with shower, toilet, and sink. The private, well-equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi (suitable for video conferences), TV, and step-free access inside provide comfort. Self check-in is conveniently possible via a key safe.

There is no outdoor area belonging to the apartment.

Street parking is available along the road. With public transport, you can reach Berlin by S-Bahn in under 30 minutes and Potsdam sights by tram, both within a few minutes' walk. The apartment is non-smoking and events are not permitted. Accommodation of construction workers or technicians is not desired.

The hosts live on the property, but not in the booked apartment. Discover the history and charm of Babelsberg; the nearby park invites you to linger. Bicycles can be rented around the clock at Plantagenplatz – via hotline, app, or terminal, for an additional fee.
