The Friedrich-Ebert Park on the River Glinze, protected by a monument preservation status, surprises with an impressive stock of trees. Here you will find the rose garden, the hosta garden, the "Hier ist's gut sein” (It's good to be here) fountain garden, the wetland meadow, the fuchsia garden as well as an adventure playground and garden information point. At the southern end of the park is the Alte Bischofsburg castle, the bishops’ former residence, and the Amtshaus administration building.

The unique garden monument was created for the 2019 State Horticultural Show. Even after the garden festival, especially in the summer months, the rose town is diverse and full of roses.
