Das Ferienhaus befindet sich in ruhiger Lage am Ortsrand in Waldnähe. Bis zum Zentrum und zum Thermalbad sind es nur ca. 10-15 Minuten Fußweg. Das Ferienhaus befindet sich separat im gemütlichen Garten mit Gartenmöbeln und Hof mit Grill, Spielplatz und Carport. Das Haus ist ausgestattet mit Schlafraum, Küche mit Wohnzimmer, Abstellraum, Flur und Bad mit Dusche sowie einer kleinen Terrasse.In unserem Städtchen kann man gut kuren. Unser Morheilbad hat viele verschiedene Ambulante Kuren. Übernachten können Sie dann bei uns. Das Thermalbad bietet Erholung. Außerdem lädt unsere Umgebung zum Gemütlichen Waldspaziergang ein oder sie erkunden alles mit dem Rad. In der näheren Umgebung befindet sich die Elbe + Havel. Es gibt schön ausgebaute Radwanderwege zu erkunden.

Terms of payment

  • Der Mietvertrag erhält mit Eingang der Anzahlung auf das Konto des Vermieters seine Gültigkeit. Die Anzahlung in Höhe von 20% des Mietbetrages ist innerhalb von sieben Tagen nach Erhalt der Buchungsunterlagen zur Zahlung fällig. Nach der erfolgten Anzahlung wird 30 Tage vor Reiseantritt die Zahlung des Restbetrages fällig. Werden die Zahlungsfristen nicht eingehalten, so kann der Vermieter vom Vertrag zurücktreten. Die Nichtzahlung gilt als Rücktritt und berechtigt zur Neuvermietung.
