The baking tradition of the Plentz family dates back to 1877 and is now in its 5th generation. We are happy to indulge our customers with a wide range of bread, rolls and cakes made according to traditional family recipes. True to our motto “freshly baked ideas...”, we always have new products for you which we present at International Green Week in Berlin, for example. We also like to meet our customers at numerous campaigns and events – such as the Strawberry Festival or the Roast Goose Day. We are happy to welcome travel groups on their way through Ruppiner Seenland Lake District for a stopover to enjoy breakfast or coffee, and we like to take the opportunity to introduce you to our craft tradition at the historic wood-burning oven.
