You could be forgiven for thinking that autumn is the favourite season for walkers. The light becomes warmer. A cool breeze makes the tree tops shiver, heralding the winter. Walking in the fresh air is invigorating and revitalising. The golden interplay of leaves fascinates everyone. The River Schlaube splashes quietly on its way. The idyllic backdrop of the lake vividly reflects the autumn mood in the Schlaubetal Valley.
