Four friends for one girl The Frollein has dedicated herself to roasting good coffee. Focused on gently roasted specialty coffee, with an eye on fairness and sustainability in the production process. Friends discover the pleasure of coffee together and have wanted to do something together for a long time. In 2019 we fulfilled this wish and founded our own coffee roasting plant. Since August 2020 we have been roasting fine coffee in Hoppegarten, in the immediate vicinity of the well-known racecourse - within easy reach of the capital. Incidentally, Frollein bean coffee is also available in the S5 flagship store in Kaiserbahnhof Hoppegarten – both to drink and to buy.
