Guests stepping through the green entrance door of the carefully refurbished station building of the former Spreewald train will enter a very special place: The hustle and bustle of travellers has been replaced by tranquillity. Delicious home-made cake, coffee and tea are served in the unique ambience of the tastefully furnished café. The typical Spreewald ‘Plins’ pancakes are also available.
Elements in blond wood correspond nicely with the original dark floor boards, and a wood-burning stove is used to heat the homely room on colder days. The outdoor terrace with views of the garden is open in the warm part of the year.
