Visit the fragrant little apple-themed farm shop in Lichtenhain, to the right of the manor house. Try all the apple-based treats: Apple salad dressing made from green apples, apple sweets, apple juice with beetroot, and many other products. We also sell delicacies without apples at our farm shop in Lichtenhain: For example Arnim-Thaler (jam filled biscuits) and venison sausage (while stocks last).

Tip: Apple Café – enjoy our home-made apple pie, or make your own juice using our little juice press. The later in the year the apples are processed, the sweeter the juice. A mix containing around 20 % pears is also a nice variety.
