The courtyard gallery was established in 1997 by Britta Bastian and her partner Eberhard Ugowski. The gallery is open every Sunday from the beginning of May to the end of September. The gallery ceased to be a secret tip a long time ago and is now recommended as a destination in numerous tour guides. Mainly landscape pastels by Britta Bastian and pictures by Eberhard Ugowski can be seen in the courtyard gallery and the studio. Works by their artist friends are also shown on a regular basis.

Benches amongst the trees and flowers in the generous garden invite you to linger for a while. For many, the courtyard gallery has become a meeting place for friends, where you can relax and chat - perhaps with a coffee and some cake or a small glass of wine.
