She wrote bestseller about her Business and the beautiful region Uckermark in the East of Germany. Enjoy delicious, home-made cakes with a cup of coffee. Visit the little farm shop next door with the sweet smell of apples. Try the apple-based delicacies: e.g. apple chips, apple jellies, apple caramel, fruit cubes with sea buckthorn, quince and other flavours. ...and the only non-apple-based product by Haus Lichtenhain - Arnimthaler biscuits.
