Guided mushroom hikes in the Grumsin forest and other places in the Schorfheide-Chorin Biosphere Reserve are available all year round.

Join your nature guide that is passionate about mushrooms on a walk in the forest. Learn more about mushrooms: their diversity, benefits and their role in the natural cycle of the forest. Discover their beauty and learn their poetic sounding names. We also take a look at the tree and plant species along the way and hike through a diverse landscape that was shaped by the Ice Age.

Simone Thurm is a certified nature and landscape guide in the Uckermark and a member of the mycology working group Pilzkundliche Arbeitsgemeinschaft Berlin Brandenburg e.V.
