The Bootschaft Studios opened in Lychen in July 2016. The studios have been built to a modern, open-plan design, with no unnecessary lobbies and doors, sliding doors to toilet areas, floor-to-ceiling windows, kitchen islands for easy communication and spacious shower units that meet international standards of comfort. Use of spiral herb gardens for house guests

Location: Lychen, Old Town island, by Lake Oberpfuhlsee

Studio 1 (Down Town Lake Studio): with double bed (140 x 200) for 2 people, table, 2 armchairs, kitchenette (fridge with freezer compartment, single-plate hob, microwave, espresso machine with milk frother). Toilet, mirror, hairdryer. Wi-fi, jacuzzi for 2 people, television next to jacuzzi, projector and screen visible from bed, speakers.

Electric roller blinds to darken the windows on the street side. Sound-insulated access and connecting doors. This studio has a connecting door to Studio 2, allowing Studios 1 and 2 to be used jointly (for 4 people + sofa bed in Studio 2 for 6 people at most).

Studio 1 does not have a lake view, but has direct access to the garden with large shared terrace/lounge, sunbathing lawn and barbecue. 25 square metres, rooms: Living/sleeping area with jacuzzi, separate toilet. accessible on ground floor.

Studio 2 (Grand Lake Studio): 55 square metres + partly covered terrace, for 2 people, living and eating area with kitchen island, sleeping area with large shower, separate toilet. accessible on ground floor.

Facilities: Double bed (180x200), sideboard with television, music system, wash basin, hairdryer, toilet, shower, large kitchen island (dishwasher, , induction hob, espresso machine with milk frother, kettle, toaster). Fridge freezer, Wi-fi, sofa bed, 2 armchairs, dining table with 4 chairs, garden furniture.

Floor-to-ceiling windows facing south can be darkened with electronically controlled external blinds, and the lights are also controlled electronically. This studio has a connecting door, allowing Studios 1 and 2 to be used jointly (for 4 people + sofa bed in Studio 2 for 6 people at most).

Studio with sliding folding glass partition leading to the terrace and garden, giving a smooth transition between the living room area and the garden. With lake view and access from garden.

Studio 4 (Seven Zens Lake Studio): 35 square metres + roof terrace, for 2 people, living and sleeping area, separate large shower, separate toilet, kitchen.

Facilities: Double bed (200 x 200), sideboard with television, music system, wash basin, hairdryer, toilet, shower, kitchen island (fridge freezer, dishwasher, induction hob, espresso machine with milk frother, kettle, toaster). Microwave, terrace furniture, Wi-fi.

Rental all year round, minimum stay: 5 nights
