Location: The south-facing holiday home is on a 5,000 square metres plot of land with an old meadow orchard, surrounded by magnificent lindens. A small, clean lake with a bathing area is just a few minutes away on foot.

Facilities: 2 fold-out sofas, 2 rocking chairs, 2 high chairs and 2 travel cots, small reference library, wood-burning stove, internet, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, washing machine, cloths horse, gas cooker and electric oven, cutlery and dishes for 12 people, bowls, pots and pans, roasting pan, mixer, steamer, hand blender, toaster, the pantry also has an additional large fridge-freezer, games: chess, Nine Men's Morris, Ludo, Uno

Garden facilities: Tables, chairs, benches, 2 barbecues, fireplace, 2 hammocks, games including Viking chess, badminton, sand toys

Details: Extra space in the attic with a far-reaching view for reading, yoga or just to relax. Partially covered, large terrace. Pets are not allowed.
