The Uckerose is a wild variety of rose, also known as Roseraie de l’hay or rugosa rose. It blooms from the end of May until autumn. Products made from the Uckerose are handmade, bottled and beautifully packaged at Elena von Gieck’s rose laboratory. Uckerose products can be purchased from the online shop or from store at Berliner Strasse 10 in Templin. Products include rose honey, rose mousse, rose liqueur and much more besides.
