Situated on the waterfront, quiet and yet close to the city of Berlin - the Ruhlesee family campsite is the ideal base for a city break or just a few lovely days in the Barnim countryside in Brandenburg. The quiet and well-maintained 30-hectare campsite offers has about 100 permanent camper pitches and 200 short-stay pitches.

There you can find a very well-kept forest campsite that is not divided into pitches located in a semi-shaded pine forest directly by a quarry pond. There are pitches for tents and for camper vans. The large 100-square metre pitches are loosely distributed across the entire forest area.

Most of the camping area is by the lake and lined with many bathing areas of different sizes, which are suitable for young and old. The lakeside beaches are also perfect for small children. As this is not a public bathing lake, it is not especially busy in the summer and the water is crystal clear even in the hottest weather (more than 5 metres visible depth!).

The site has its own centrally located parking area. There is a restaurant on the site with dishes that change daily, and guests are provided with fresh bread rolls 7 days a week.
