This family-run business sells its own Demeter-quality lamb, water buffalo and Galloway beef. The animals are out in the meadow all year round, live with their family, and the mothers wean their calves and lambs themselves. The young bulls are slaughtered on the meadow itself to save them to stress of being transported and the pain and fear this causes.
Sausages and ham are also served. The meat is aged by air for 28 days in a cooling chamber and is then vacuum-packed. Please consult the website for current availability of products. Collection from the farm.
