In his studio, Maren Reblin creates drawings and paintings in acrylic and oil as well small drypoint etchings. Her repertoire also includes woodcut, monotype and linocut techniques. Her pictures mostly depict people in different situations, such as lying in bed, in nature or with musical instruments. Her somewhat edgy and sketchy style gives makes the depictions a little caricature-like, and with subtle humour at times.
