The Kloster-Café is run by the eco-village of Brodowin in the monastery grounds. Small dishes, sandwiches, soups, cakes, ice cream and drinks are all on offer. Cakes are baked fresh each day and of course exclusively using organic ingredients from top-quality regional produce from the nearby eco-village. Accompaniments include fruit, vegetables, good old Demeter milk, and exceptional cheeses such as Brodowin farmer’s cheese or the popular ‘Roter Brodowiner’. A small selection of Brodowin products can be bought in the cafe.

Groups are most welcome, though we kindly ask that you reserve in advance.

The Kloster-Café is located inside the monastery grounds. Please note that, if you wish to visit the Kloster-Café, it is necessary to pay to enter the monastery with its exhibitions.
