The red building with two holiday apartments is in a quiet yet convenient location near Ahrensfelde Friedhof railway station. One of the holiday apartments is on the ground floor. It accommodates two to four people on 45 square metres. It is wheelchair-friendly and has a living room and a bedroom, a kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a private terrace.

The second apartment is in the attic and accommodates up to four people on 43 square metres. This charming apartment has a combined living and dining area with an open kitchen. Both apartments are suitable for allergy sufferers. The tiled floor and warm earthy tones lend a Mediterranean ambience.

Guests have use of a terrace, a sunshade and a barbecue. Located on the outskirts of Berlin, the apartments are in a convenient location for exploring the capital as well as Brandenburg's countryside.
