The apartment has two bedrooms, one double bedroom and another bedroom on a gallery which is accessed via a steep staircase. The large living room area features an integrated open kitchen, comfortable seating and a dining table. The bathroom has a shower. A cot and high chair can be provided on request.

There is a stylish garden, orchards and a pond. Guest also have use of a separate sunbathing lawn, a playground and a barbecue area. Bicycles are available for rent. Parking is also available. The nearest bathing lake is ten minutes away. The Buchenwald Grumsin UNESCO World Natural Heritage Site is in the immediate vicinity.
