Want to see lions up close? You can at Eberswalde Zoo! A tunnel leads to a glass cave in the lion enclosure, from where you can observe the animals at close range. Particularly exciting are the daily feedings, where you can watch the lions and other animals hunt for their treats.

Above the treetops, a 200-metre-long, barrier-free canopy walkway takes you directly over the wolf and fallow deer enclosures. Ten adventure and themed playgrounds invite you to let off steam.

In the middle of a 15-hectare forest area, over 1,300 animals from 130 species from five continents live – an experience for the whole family.

Opening hours: Daily from 9 a.m. until dusk, all year round, including public holidays.
