At the Ragow model airfield, the Berlin Club for Model Flying regularly flies miniature aircraft. They take off and land in and from all flight directions on a large, well-kept grass runway around 20,000 square metres in size. All types of aircraft can be flown – gliders with and without motors, glow-powered models or helicopters. The ascent permit is valid up to a take-off weight of 25 kilograms.

There is a large car park available. The building has electricity, bathroom facilities, kitchen, a large workshop and overnight accommodation. For children there is a sandpit, romping meadow and a swing. The barbecue area is often used in the summer to round off a day of flying in a relaxed atmosphere. Flying takes place at the weekends and visitors are welcome.
