The long forgotten wine-growing tradition in many parts of Brandenburg enticingly comes alive again on this tour. After all, the trip, which starts in Königs Wusterhausen, leads to many stops where a drop of fine wine can be sampled or purchased. At a length of 27 kilometres, the distance is not too great, which means that everyone can relax as they pedal along without needing to hurry. The little town of Mittenwalde in particular is worth wandering round for a while, especially as it offers a wine shop with a wide selection of wines. To be sure of making the right choice, visitors should take a walk around the wine teaching garden of the local history museum. And they can also discuss wines at length in the restaurants in Bestensee and Krummensee.
