After the forest path the route leads through the Steinbergsiedlung in Zeesen until the main road to Bestensee is reached. A shady, roadside bike path leads to the intersection at the church in Bestensee. Here you can see the colorful LAUSL building, which should be visited. The small garden at the back is accessible and invites you to play and learn. With a little luck, the door to the impressive folding rule museum (Zollstock Museum) is open. In Bestensee, several gastronomic establishments offer a place for refreshment.

The route continues on a beautiful bike path to the destination, the Pätzer Vordersee. After only 13 km, you can swim and frolic on the beach here. A toilet, a playground and a snack bar can be found on the partially shaded beach.

The cycle path to Bestensee is the same as the outward route until you change to the DahmeRadweg. On this path you pass the bathing places Todnitzsee and Zeesener See. At the latter, in addition to a snack bar and toilet, there is also a playground with a volleyball court. The last part of the bike tour leads past the large wooden carving figures on the Tiergarten hiking route.  To read the information signs, a few extra minutes should be planned until you reach the train station in Königs Wusterhausen again. In the Bahnhofstraße the bike tour can be concluded with food and drink.

Tip: for small cyclists, it is a good idea to start at the train station in Bestensee. The distance from the station to the bathing area at the Pätzer Vordersee is only 3 km. To the Todnitzsee it is even less than 2 km.
