The cycling tour Minibadehose to Lake Tornow is in the shape of a balloon. The route from Groß Köris station to Teupitz is covered on the same cycle path there and back. The approximately 4 km long route along Lake Teupitz can be broken up with detours to the Schweriner Horst peninsula and the bathing area at Lake Schwerin. There are also swimming opportunities at Lake Teupitz.

Starting at the railway station, the route leads through the small town of Schwerin. A break should be taken at the latest at the cycle path across Lake Teupitz.

Once you have arrived in Teupitz, there are many ways to spend the day. Restaurants, cafés and ice-cream shops, a passenger boat landing stage, the pier with playground at Fontaneplatz and the beautiful brick church are all within easy reach. From Teupitz, the route follows a busy road until it reaches the Mittelmühle. For this reason, the route is unsuitable for trips with small children. From the restaurant at Mittelmühle, the trail leads on natural ground via Hohe Mühle to Tornower See. A detour to the hidden lake is recommended. Continue through the forest and cross the Tornower Chaussee before continuing on the Tornower Weg towards Teupitz.

From here, the trail leads back to Groß Köris station along the already familiar route. Sufficient provisions are also provided here in the village. Several restaurants offer a wide range of food and drink. Tourist information brochures can be picked up at the bakery in the station building.
