How to get there:
  • Public transport: from Berlin Ostkreuz with the RB24 (Bestensee) to Königs Wusterhausen. From here take the bus 724 (Streganz) to Prieros (about 1 hour).
  • Car: From Berlin via the A113 and B246 to Prieros (about 1 hour).

Return journey:

  • Public transport: From Teupitz take bus 726 to Königs Wusterhausen. From here take the RE2 (Wittenberge) to Berlin central station (about 1.5 hours).
  • Car: From Teupitz take bus 726 (Königs Wusterhausen) to Bestensee, railway station. From here continue with bus 724 (Streganz) to Prieros and your car (about 1.5 hours).


Route: Teupitz, Lake Teupitz, Lake Schwerin, Lake Zemminsee, Köriser Graben, Lake Schulzensee, Lake Großer Moddersee, Lake Kleiner Moddersee, Moddergraben, Lake Klein Köris, Lake Hölzerner See, Lake Schmöldesee, Lake Huschtesee, Prieros

Detour: From Prieros in the direction of the Dahme flood canal to Märkisch Buchholz or further north on the Dahme.

On-shore outings:

  • Prieros: Information point of the Dahme-Heideseen Nature Park, Heimathaus
  • Gross Köris: nature park community, drawbridge
  • Teupitz: islands in Lake Teupitz, historic centre, passenger boat cruises


Nautical information: On the large lakes in strong winds paddle near the shore, motor boat traffic, no locks, easy to navigate, no landing in the nature reserves.
