The Waltersdorf church is a very beautiful four-part fieldstone church from the 13th century with a transom in the west. Its walls are made of fieldstones and are up to 1.65 m thick. It is located - still surrounded by the old (now abandoned) cemetery - at a crossroads that marks the old village center. The beautifully joined ashlar structure and the quadrangular shape of the complex are a complete reference to the Romanesque style of architecture, although only a few of its characteristic details have been preserved. Apart from a late Gothic carved altar and a Baroque baptismal font, everything inside has been renovated, indicating the destruction caused by the war.
